Rama Ekadashi
Rama Ekadashi falls during the Krishna Paksha of the Ashwina month (just before Diwali).
Meaning and Significance
Named after Goddess Lakshmi (who is also known as Rama), this Ekadashi is celebrated with great joy as it precedes the festival of Diwali. It is believed that observing this fast brings immense prosperity and washes away the most deep-seated sins.
